Mike Dendy, an Alabama Entrepreneur, acquires
Netbased Software Products and Project Budget Manager from DMAC.
These products were spun off so DMAC could concentrate on the new 8.6
PCI Compliant version of Unibase by DMAC. Many new security and encryption features have been added. This new version's Unibase Imaging, now released,
has color enhancement for image processing which include full 32 bit "true" color and 8 bit color for tiff, jpeg, and pdf images.
New support for PDF files has been added in the 8.6 release of Unibase Imaging.

2009
SSGIndia, Inc., DMAC's strategic partner, acquires
Ace Contact Manager from DMAC. After providing total support
for Ace for
this past year, Sabya Gupta of SSGIndia decided Ace
clients could be best served by SSGIndia owning Ace
directly. DMAC continues to be a stockholder in SSGIndia (US), Inc.

Unibase by DMAC and Unibase Imaging 8.6 enter "beta testing"
by several DMAC clients for PCI compliant use. Encrypted fields and
enhanced password controls bring PCI conformance to
DMAC clients. Full color tiff support has been added also.
